The magician shows a silk stripe with three colours on it: red, yellow and green. He pushes it into his closed fist and magically separates its three colours: in fact he takes out of his fist three separate smaller silk stripes each made of one of the colours. To finish, he puts these stripes into his fist again, changing them back to the original multicoloured stripe!
