In a smart case are five coloured brass chips. The performer asks for a colour to be chosen and claims he knew beforehand which colour it would be. The chosen chip is placed on the table, and the case is picked up. On its underside is a mirror which reflects the coloured chip! All of this is by way of lulling the audience into thinking there’s nothing magical going to happen, but now the chips are stacked, turned over to reveal white sides and, when spread out, one chip only has a big cross on it. Of course, it’s the chosen colour! Another precision item. Comes boxed in its own carrying case. This is elegant, sophisticated magic.
