This wonderful piece of comedy is the brainchild of Conny Ray and is marketed with his kind permission. Basically, you have an outsize spanner. When you twist it, a loud ratchet noise is heard! So, how do you use it? Invite a child on stage and shake hands. You complain that their arm seems a little stiff, so you get out the spanner and make adjustments! Or, do the same with a microphone which is too low (adjust it, that is. Not shake hands).
